Chicken chili 

It doesn’t get much better than this right here…. Unless you pair it with the jimica 😉

What you need…

  • 9 oz raw chicken
  • 2tsp chili mix low sodium
  • 1/2 cup canned tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup water.
  • Mustard
  • Ketchup

How to make it…

  1. Boil your chicken for about 30 min or until done
  2. Then place in a mixing bow and turn it on low/medium speed
  3. Once the chicken is shredded at it to a pan on the stove and add in your chili mix, tomatoes, water, a squirt of mustard and a squirt of ketchup
  4. Let simmer until the liquid is mostly gone

This is one complete lean for the day and 1/3 of your green, 1 condiment
