Summer is here that means lighter meals are a must when your going to be outside in the heat right?!
What you need…
- 7oz shrimp
- 1/2 cup bell pepper
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1 green onion
- 1/2 jalapeño
- 2 TBSP cilantro avocado yogurt dressing
- 5-10 sliced black olives
How to make it…
- Boil your shrimp for about 3 min the. Place them in an ice bath.
- Chop all you veggies up
- Now mix it all up with your dressing and chill
