Pizza Salad

This is just so yummy and perfect for a cook out!

what you need…

  • 1oz lean Turkey pepperoni
  • 1TBSP Parm cheese
  • 5-10 green Olives
  • 3/4 Cup Zucchini noodles
  • 1/4 cup Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 Tbsp Light Italian Dressing

How you make it…

  1. make your Noodles out  of Zucchini and then pop it into the microwave for 1 min
  2. slice and cut everything else up and mix everything together ( the picture shows 1/2 cup bell peppers but trust me you only want 1/4 cup peppers and 3/4 cup zucchini)
  3. chill and serve with 5oz chicken

This whole thing is a complete green, 1oz of lean(or a whole lean when paired with chicken), 1 Condiment, 1.5 Healthy Fats
