Chicken Lo Mein

What you need…

  • 6oz chicken
  • 1 cup or one bag shirataki noodles
  • 1/2 cup celery and sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder and ground ginger
  • 1 TBSP soy sauce
  • 1 TBSP fish sauce
  • 1 tsp evoo
  • a splash of no sodium chicken broth
  • a splash of no sodium beef broth

How to cook it…

  1. Grill your chicken… I have this amazing thing called Sunbeam Rocket Grill
  2. drain and rinse your noodles then place them in a hot pan with a little olive oil
  3. add in your celery and mushrooms
  4. once those are soft your chicken should be fully cooked and cool enough to handle, so start slicing it in bite size pieces.
  5. add in all your spices, sauce and broths
  6. let the liquid cook down

This is 1 complete Lean and 1 complete Green, 1 Healthy Fat, 3 Condiments
