One Pan Pancit

So I’m not totally sure what this is suppose to taste like, but this is yummy either way!

 

What you need…

  • 120z Shredded Chicken
  • 1 bag Shiritaki noodles (1 cup)
  • 6oz green bean
  • 1 celery (Leaves and all)
  • 2 TBSP Soy Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Fish Sauce
  • 2 Garlic Clove minced
  • 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup no sodium Chicken broth
  • 2 Green Onion (Optional)

How to make it…

  1. Drain and rinse the noodles then cook them in a big pan
  2. Slice your green beans as thin as you can
  3. once the noodles are “dry” add in your garlic, celery and green beans cook til tender
  4. add in your shredded chicken, chicken broth and sauces
  5.  once your liquid is mostly absorbed add in your shredded cabbage and cook just a few minutes longer. Leave the cabage a little crunchy

This serves 2 Each serving is 1 Lean, 1 Green, 2.25 Condiments
