How to make it…
- Peel the jicama
- Place the peeled jicama on the thin slicer
- Then chop
- In a heated pan sprayed with Pam place the chopped jicama and cook til crispy golden goodness!
- Season as you like!
This can be how ever much you wish. I just made 1/2 cup
