Jicama Hash/rice 

Why have I not done this before?!

What you need…

  • Jicama
  • Slicer

How to make it…

  1. Peel the jicama 
  2. Place the peeled jicama on the thin slicer
  3. Then chop
  4. In a heated pan sprayed with Pam place the chopped jicama and cook til crispy golden goodness! 
  5. Season as you like! 

This can be how ever much you wish. I just made 1/2 cup
