What you need…
- 1 pork shoulder or tenderloin(it’s leaner)
- 1 batch of my verde sauce
How to make it…
- Blend 9 tomatillos, 4 garlic cloves, jalapeno (optional) and cilantro to taste.
- Pour over the pork
- Cook On low for 6 hours
- Once the pork is done shred away and take away any fat that you may find.
- Mmmmmm look at that!
- Now place on a baking sheet and pour a little of the sauce over it and broil for 5-10 min on high just enough to get it all nice and crispy.
